Joe Eckard is a North Carolina licensed and insured Charter Boat Captain. A native of North Carolina, Captain Joe has lived in Emerald Isle for over the past 10 years and knows the area waters well. His greatest pleasure is taking groups out on the water to see the side of Emerald Isle that alludes most vistors!
